My hips are 100cm, bought Large, form fitting but comfortable with stretch like yoga pants.This is such a cute skirt. I love it. It fits really well. I ordered a size up so that it was not tight around my waist and it fits perfectly.I thought the skirt was cute in the pics but it arrived and was kind of baggy and cheap looking.
