I like this vest because you can wear it with a lot of things and in a variety of climates. It helps to visually hide weight which is always nice.I would say this runs large, especially in the hip area. It is loose on me in the hip area. For reference I am 5'7" , 148 lbs , and wear a 38B bra. There is plenty of room to layer with this vest. I may have even been able to go down to a small and I am never a small.I like the material, it is 95% poly 5% spandex and has some stretch to it. I especially like the vertical pattern in the material. I got the white which is really more of a cream and goes with many things. The gold zipper works well and opens in both directions.The directions say hand wash but I washed it in my frontload washer and hung dry and it was fine.
